Tiger Chess — Delete online identity and data

In the app, open Settings → Delete online identity and room data and confirm while connected to the internet. This deletes the shared rooms recorded on that installation (membership, setups, signals and relayed moves), then its anonymous Firebase identity. Both players lose those rooms. If an error occurs, reconnect and retry; remaining access is kept for that purpose. Playing online again creates a new identity.

If you cannot use the app or have reinstalled it, email a deletion request. Identify Tiger Chess / Cờ Hùm, and include your online ID and room code if available. Find and copy your online ID in Settings before clearing Android app data. We may need to verify that the request concerns your data; without a recoverable anonymous identifier we may be unable to locate your records. Do not send passwords or payment details.

The publisher handles requests without undue delay, subject to verification and applicable requirements. Room expiry at 24 hours stops gameplay writes but does not itself erase data. Firebase service logs/backups follow Google's retention procedures. The opponent's device may retain its own local game copy. Requests can also cover support correspondence held by the publisher.

To remove local games, variants and puzzle progress, use Settings → Delete saved games and variants. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local settings too, but alone does not erase online data. Purchases are managed by Google Play; deletion is not a refund or cancellation.
